Poway office of our client seeks education law attorney with 4-10 years of experience in education or labor law. The candidate will prepare, research and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Will advise clients on business and legal transactions. Represent clients in negotiations, litigation, and administrative matters. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. School and/or union experience are a definite plus. Should preferably have union/labor negotiation experience.

The candidate should have excellent research and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Strong academic credentials and research skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
