Assistant General Counsel

Mount Pleasant office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an assistant general counsel with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate must have an active license in good standing from a U.S. jurisdiction. A background in transactional, tax, and/or regulatory law is preferred. Risk management experience is a plus.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an Accredited School of Law.

Headquartered in South Carolina, this premier law firm also has its offices in Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, West Virginia, the District of Columbia, and California and was established in the early years of the twenty-first century. It is comprised of a fairly large team of seasoned attorneys and handles a wide range of issues related to six areas of practice, including catastrophic injury, environmental law, and securities & consumer fraud. This law practice is actively involved in several community outreach programs.
