Trial Lawyer-Workers Rights

Kansas City office of our client seeks trial lawyer-workers rights with 2+ years civil litigation experience, ideally in employment law. The candidate should preferably have an interest and experience with negotiation/mediation. Experience taking and defending depositions is preferred. Experience drafting demand letters, briefs, pleadings, and/or charges of discrimination is preferred. Trial experience in a courtroom (or serious desire to try cases) is preferred. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Sales, paralegal, or restaurant work experience is preferred. Missouri and/or New York license, or ability to obtain license/waive in is required. Must have experience drafting and responding to written discovery requests.
