Employment Law Attorney

Madison office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employment law attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will work closely with the business and municipal clients to advise them on a range of employment issues including interviewing and hiring processes, employment agreements and handbooks, employee performance monitoring and reviews, ADA compliance, FMLA and other leave policies, and discrimination complaints. Will handle federal, state, and local employment-related claims before courts and administrative agencies, and to represent clients in labor law compliance and litigation related to the NLRA.

The candidate should have strong analytical abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills.
