Mid-Level Or Senior Emerging Companies / Venture Corporate Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level or senior emerging companies / venture corporate associate attorney with 3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will work with the firms small and large business clients on sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors and regularly work with talented attorneys across the firms five offices. Must have a strong background with entity selection and formation, organizational and governance structures, handling day-to-day matters for small and large businesses, as well as moderate to extensive experience with capital raise transactions covering a variety of private offerings, debt and equity financing from friends and family, angel investors, venture capital funds, syndicates, and traditional banks. Public company, capital markets, and/or securities is a plus.

This small office of a solid Northwest firm is not in growth mode--but they aren't afraid to scoop up talented lawyers from their neighbors when the opportunity arises.
