Ontario office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-3 years of workers' compensation defense experience. The candidate will manage the legal defense of workers' compensation claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. Will work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. Must be a member of the State Bar of California.
The candidate must have Bachelor's and J.D. degrees. Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability are required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. Commitment to proactive case management is essential.
