Associate Attorney with 3+ years of real estate transactions experience

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of real estate transactions experience. The candidate should have broad experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions; exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts. Should have demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements, and other real estate transaction documents. Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus. Must have Bar membership in good standing.

The candidate should have excellent writing, research, and communication skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment. Should be a team-oriented attitude with an emphasis on collaboration. Must have effective and efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively with confidence.
