Associate Attorney needed for King of Prussia office

King of Prussia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm. Will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of clients. Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure-related pleadings. Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested foreclosures. Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings. Regular client meetings/updates. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone). Provides exceptional client service. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management, and attendance. Must be a Member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree. The ability to manage and prioritize large caseloads is required. Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and detail-oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking needed. Should have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
