Discovery Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a discovery attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate assists partners and associates with discovery and litigation and anti-corruption due diligence. Reviews analyze, and codes documents, generally on documents review platforms such as Relativity. Prepares records for production by the e-discovery team. Assists case teams with complex searches. Assists with the preparation of materials for depositions and trials. Supervises temporary attorneys. Prepares privilege logs. Works with external e-discovery vendors as necessary. Conducts litigation and anti-corruption due diligence for transactions, including identifying liabilities and potential risks associated with a transaction. Must have admission and good standing at the Bar.

The candidate should be proficient in the use of Relativity. Should be attentive to detail. Must have the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under strict deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
