Associate Attorney

Farmingdale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience. Law Review or Moot Court experience is preferred. The candidate will gain experience in a wide array of matters including education law, construction law, contract law, and labor law, and will be called on to participate in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and civil litigation. Research issues and draft client memoranda. Prepare cases for hearing/trial. Participate in administrative hearings.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Top 50% of class standing is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed. Must be professional, concise, and responsive to communication with clients.
