Public Finance Staff Attorney

Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a public finance associate attorney with 2-3 years of transactional experience. The candidate must have transactional experience (such as Public Finance, Real Estate or Securities) or an interest in the area of municipal finance, special district representation, affordable housing or land development. Additionally, a strong academic record, market experience, and exceptional analytical and writing skills are preferred. Georgia Bar license is preferred.
