The candidate will be drafting, administration, and litigation in all areas that could touch a family; estate planning; administering an estate; probate administration, drafting, and trust administration, assist in contested/un-contested guardianships and conservatorships, marriage dissolutions, and allocation of parental responsibilities and post decree matters. Should preferably have experience or interest in family law. Must be licensed to practice in Colorado.
