The ideal candidate must have experience in patent drafting, U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, IP due diligence, patentability searches, and freedom-to-operate studies. Should have Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or equivalent life science degree. Admission to the USPTO is required.

The candidate should have strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Must have an excellent academic record, a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
