Junior Estate Planning Attorney

Bradenton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior estate planning attorney with relevant legal experience. The candidate will draft estate planning documents, correspondence, affidavits, etc. Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Meet with clients to execute estate planning documents. Communicate with senior attorneys, and paralegals to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Must be prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet client needs and grow client base. Must be an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA). Must have successfully completed the bar exam.

The candidate must have completed a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school. Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members, and senior attorneys are required.
