The candidate will be engaged in all facets of the department inclusive of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation. Must be admitted to practice law in Virginia. Real Estate, bankruptcy and/or debt collection experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of Creditors Rights a plus. Knowledge of Bankruptcy a plus. Courtroom experience (both motion practice and trial) a plus.
