Alexandria office of our client seeks civil/commercial litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will be working all aspects of cases from hands-on client interaction to, independent motions practice as second-chair in Circuit Court, Federal District Court, and Appellate level cases, and lead counsel in General District Court matters. Will be primarily assisting in construction, real estate and business matters. Should have Virginia Bar membership. Washington, D.C. and/or Maryland Bar membership is a plus.
The candidate should have outstanding writing, research and interpersonal/communication skills.
