Senior Corporate Associate Attorney

Anchorage office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior corporate associate attorney with 6-8 years of M&A experience. The candidate will join its dynamic M&A and private equity practice. Should have strong M&A skills, including experience with leading the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates and handling day to day demands on a variety of M&A related matters. Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.

The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
