Banking and Finance Lawyer/Associate Attorney

The candidate will be involved in both cross-border and domestic transactions, and the work will be complex, varied, and enormously interesting. Will advise on project financing in the Mining and Infrastructure sectors, structured trade financing, and corporate and institutional financing. Should have experience within banking and finance transactions gained at a reputable national or international law firm.

The candidate should have the ability to work independently and also as a part of a team with multiple partners within the group. Must have the ability to build and grow a network and assist with business development and marketing initiatives. Eligible to practice law in Australia needed.
