Infrastructure Associate Attorney

Ottawa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an infrastructure associate attorney with 5 years of experience. The candidate will support the execution of projects from inception through operation, including with respect to the organization of joint ventures and project companies, as well as the procurement, design, construction, equipment supply, financing, change management, operation, and maintenance aspects of a project. Must have 5 years of experience as a commercial solicitor in the infrastructure sector. Should be qualified to practice law in Canada, preferably called in both Ontario and Quebec. Fluency in both English and French is preferred.

The candidate should have a holistic view while maintaining attention to detail, be a problem solver, and be capable of working with all parties to reach a successful outcome. Must have excellent project management skills. Being capable of working effectively within a national team is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Must be technically outstanding and commercially focused. Commitment to the internal and external development of the practice is required.
