Hartford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks foreclosure and evictions attorney with 1 year of motion practice experience. The candidate will represent mortgage lender and investor clients in foreclosure, title, eviction, and general real estate litigation. Will make appearances in state court for routine hearings, drafting, and reviewing documents. Manage a caseload of foreclosure matters on behalf of mortgage lenders and investors. Appear in court and argue motions necessary to the successful completion of routine foreclosure, eviction, title, and other matters. Communicate with clients to ensure quality representation and implementation of all client directives. Collaborate with support staff for the preparation and execution of legal documents used in the foreclosure process. Analyze loan files, title reports, and other client documents. Draft legal pleadings and correspondence in connection with mortgage foreclosure actions. Knowledge of Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Law is essential. Must be licensed in Connecticut and in good standing with the Connecticut State Bar.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree. Should effectively manage time and priorities. Must keep confidence, and strong writing skills. Should have the ability to effectively communicate written and oral. Must have the ability to work independently or in a group/team setting. Should have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism amidst any challenges. Must have the ability to interact and communicate well with clients, staff, peers, and management of all levels. Should have the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
