Shareholder Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

Augusta office of our client seeks shareholder workers' compensation associate attorney with experience. The candidate will manage the legal defense of workers' compensation claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. Will work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. Expertise with insurance, managed care, or other transactional experience is desired. Portable business is appreciated.
