Health IT/Security Attorney

Indianapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a health IT/security attorney with 1-5 years experience. Must have legal experience with an interest in developing a practice focusing on health IT, Privacy, and Security. The candidate will be advising clients on data management, data privacy, the use of technology in the healthcare industry, and novel issues arising in an era of virtual care. Familiarity with applicable laws will be developed through participation in an extensive range of business and technology transactions, including complex technology contracts (software licenses, IT services, network access, and data use agreements). Working with various types of health care organizations, including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, entrepreneurial health care start-up companies, and other health care providers and organizations.
