The candidate should preferably have real estate litigation experience. Must have previous experience in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase/sale and leasing. Should have private law practice experience, with some experience taking responsibility for client matters (with supervision) and disciplined time entry. Must have prior experience independently identifying issues and anticipating/recommending necessary next steps. Must be a current member of the State Bar of California.
