The ideal candidate should have experience in representing and advising on renewable energy M&A and joint venture transactions, including preparing purchase and sale and joint venture and development agreements, negotiating transaction documents and managing due diligence and closing efforts. Strong drafting and project management skills are required. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the State.

The candidate should have positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing and collaborative environment. Must hold a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
