Associate Attorney needed for Charlotte office

Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with experience. The candidate will serve in the preparation of pleadings and motions. Will review title abstracts and loan documents. Court appearances for motions, conferences, and mediations. Legal research and writing. Written and oral communication with clients, outside counsel, and Court personnel, among others. Must be admitted to practice in North Carolina. Being admitted to practice in other states is a plus. Should have experience in representing creditors in foreclosures, evictions, and/or title proceedings. Creditor-side bankruptcy experience is a plus, as is litigation experience.

The candidate should preferably have leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
