Criminal Law Associate Attorney

Asheville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a criminal law associate attorney with 1-year of experience. The candidate will start the day by checking emails, returning messages, checking in with an assigned case manager, and preparing for court. The day will consist of court, other legal proceedings, working case-related tasks, and more. Be responsible for New client consultations, Case Reviews, and PAG Team Training. Attend court, mediation, and depositions. Research and prepare cases for court. Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing. Ensure the ultimate client experience. Current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service. Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases. All other requirements to navigate the case from start to finish. Previous law firms and litigation experience are preferred; all levels will be considered. Must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar in good standing.
