General Liability Associate Attorney

Albany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks general liability associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience at a defense firm. The candidate will have a caseload primarily involving matters focused on premises liability, negligent security liability, trucking and transportation liability, and personal/bodily Injury liability. Must have demonstrated General Liability Experience (depositions, court appearances, prepared and argued motions). Should have an Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia

The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School. Must have strong writing and speaking skills. A proven ability to manage complex cases is required. Outstanding analytical skills are needed. Should have the ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery. Passion for litigation is needed.
