Charleston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate and real estate associate attorney preferably with 2-3 years of transactional experience, corporate and/or commercial real estate transactional experience. The candidate must have experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions; general corporate; commercial real estate transactions (office, retail, mixed use and community development); lender representation (real estate, commercial and industrial); and preferably condominium and property owner association. License to practice in South Carolina is required.

The candidate must have strong academic background. Business development potential is required. Should be organized and attentive to detail. Must be comfortable interacting with clients. Should demonstrate a commitment to exceptional work product and client service.
