Junior To Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Florham Park office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior to mid-level litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years of litigation and/or employment law experience. The candidate will draft and prepare briefs, pleadings, motions, and other related litigation documents. Will conduct document review and discovery. Conduct legal research and write client communications. Provide client status reports. Participate in business development. Other litigation-related matters as needed. Should have litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and preparing dispositive motions. Admission to New Jersey required; New York preferred. Federal or N.J. Appellate, Chancery or Law Division clerkship preferred.

The candidate should have outstanding academic credentials. Must have excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to work independently. The desire to grow and succeed as a professional through hard work and a willingness to learn is needed.
