Life Sciences Corporate Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks life sciences corporate associate attorney with 3-5 years of transactional and M&A experience. The candidate will join the Capital Markets Corporate Practice. Must have a background in Life Sciences. Experience with life science transactions preferred, including drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements, license agreements, supply and other operational agreements, and product purchase and sale agreements. Should have interest in working with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic and other life sciences companies in connection with their intellectual property, commercial and M&A transactions. Must be admitted in PA.

The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, research, writing, and analytical skills.
