Healthcare Associate Attorney

Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a healthcare associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have experience working on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. Experience with physician and hospital transactions, AKS/Stark, HIPAA, clinical trials, health technology, managed care, or healthcare-related mergers and acquisitions is a plus. Prior experience in a large law firm setting is preferred.

The candidate should have top academic credentials, excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.
