Indianapolis office of our client seeks attorney with 3-5 years of experience in litigating Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights matters. The candidate will attend court hearings/matters for foreclosure and bankruptcy departments. Will review prepared court packets in preparation to attend court hearings for foreclosure and bankruptcy departments. Review and sign documents and pleadings for foreclosure department. Draft motions, briefs, letters for bankruptcy and foreclosure department; perform legal research for use in motions and briefs. Communicate with internal and external parties via telephone and email; be a resource to staff. Attend CLE seminars; stay current on industry news, case law, statutes, and client communications. Must have Indiana State Licensed Attorney, in good standing with the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.

Juris Doctor Degree is needed. Ability to deal with legal issues in a practical and efficient manner. Excellent analytical skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and present positions effectively yet inoffensively. Flexibility and willingness to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Attention to detail.
