Associate Attorney needed for Charlotte office

Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be preparing title opinions, final title opinions, closing documents and other real estate related documents, answering phones as necessary, billing, auditing. Will be preparing bankruptcy petitions and court appearances. Responsibilities also include participation in marketing events and covering closings. Willing to train in real estate. A working knowledge of estate planning is also desired. The firm offers 401(k), 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
