Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior real estate associate attorney/of counsel with 6+ years of real estate transactional experience. The candidate should have experience in more than one of the following areas: real estate acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, finance, fund formation, and private equity investments. Should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Must be admitted or be eligible for admission to the Colorado Bar.
