Corporate and Securities Associate (Public Securities) Attorney

Boise office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate and securities associate (public securities) attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The candidate should have a particular experience focus in the area of public securities offerings and compliance. Valuable experience in both areas is preferred. Must be Bar licensed.

The candidate should have excellent prior training at a top quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic are all essential, along with a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and client centric approach.
