A law firm is actively seeking an experienced Estate Planning Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of specialized experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, their families, and businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning, along with a working familiarity with business tax. Exceptional people and communication skills, including proficiency in document drafting, research, and writing, are crucial for success in this role. Duties:

  • Provide expert legal counsel in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
