Mid to Senior-level Consumer Products Associate Attorney

Redwood City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid to senior-level consumer products associate attorney with 4-8 years of litigation experience, preferably from a large law firm. The candidate will principally represent consumer product manufacturers in responding to private plaintiff demand letters and government inquiries and in litigating consumer class actions alleging false advertising, consumer deception, and regulatory non-compliance. Will afford the associate the opportunity to work directly with clients and opposing counsel, to gain experience working with leaders in the field, and to join a growing, global team of subject-matter specialists. Should preferably have experience with a wide range of industries, including foods, supplements, cleaning products, technology services, OTC drugs, and personal care/cosmetics. Should be comfortable interacting directly with clients. Experience with issues involving Proposition 65, FDCA, CPSC, slack fill, greenwashing, etc., is a significant plus. Must be admitted to the California Bar or eligible to waive in.

The candidate should have strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence. Must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
