Senior Clean Energy Associate Attorney

Richmond office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior clean energy associate attorney with 10 years of experience on public utilities legal and/or policy issues in either a law firm, government or in-house legal role. The candidate will primarily focus on policymaking and litigation of utility rate cases to ensure that clean energy providers can fairly compete in the provision of clean energy to customers. Will also include work on the development, implementation and defense of policies promoting DERs, transportation electrification, utility-scale renewable energy projects. Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements on behalf of clients, particularly power purchase agreements, is a plus. Should have Bar admission. Must have portable book of business.
