Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate will do direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements. Associates are also expected to assist with and lead trials. Must be a current member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
