Chicago office of an AmLaw Firm seeks a banking and finance associate attorney with 2-5 years of deal experience in banking, M&A, commercial finance or similar work. The candidate should preferably have exposure to project finance, municipal debt, and structured finance. Must be an active member in good standing of the Bar.

The candidate should be hard-working, willing to learn, and comfortable with taking initiative and being a member of a thriving transaction team. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Position offers an excellent opportunity to quickly assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a client-focused, team-oriented work environment. Should possess grit, strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
