Senior Labor and Employment Litigator

Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior labor and employment litigator with 7+ years of experience in complex and challenging L&E work with an emphasis on federal court litigation. The candidate should have substantial experience managing L&E cases and clients; have significant experience with trials, dispositive motions, and expert and fact witness depositions, preferably in federal cases. Must preferably have law review, moot court, or trial team experience. Experience as a judicial law clerk, preferably for a United States District Judge is desired. Must be admitted to The Florida Bar or, at a minimum, eligible for admission in the near future.

The candidate should be strategically and analytically minded; be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team; and be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Must have a JD degree from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class.
