Corporate Attorney

Allentown office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be representing business entities of all types, handling varied transactions for buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners in all kinds of transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions due diligence and compliance, contract drafting, forming entities, drafting corporate resolutions, performing legal research and overall legal support to the Firms Corporate Business and Banking group. Should be an active member of the PA Bar in good standing. NJ Bar admission is preferred.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and/or relevant work experience. Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional manner for client interactions. Must have ability to take ownership of projects and be able to work without direct supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills essential.
