The candidate must be experienced in Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and revising letters of intent, offers, leases, purchase and sale agreements and other commercial real estate agreements. Understanding of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing is needed. Should preferably have excellent academic credentials. Should be an active member in good standing of Ohio and/or Kentucky Bar.

The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-approved law school. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
