Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior trademark attorney with 16 years of experience in domestic and foreign trademark prosecution and client counseling on clearance and registration strategy. The candidate will be counseling technology companies in relation to the adoption, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, coordinating global trademark portfolios and handling trademark-related disputes. Will be counseling and prosecution in relation to copyright and domain name matters. Experience with developing and implementing a global portfolio strategy and international trademark coordination is a plus, and a strong interest in working with colleagues abroad on international cases is a must. Should have Bar admission. Must have a portable book of business.
