Associate Attorney needed for Seattle office

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney preferably with 2+ years of insurance coverage and/or litigation experience. The candidate will join insurance coverage and complex litigation practice. Will work with a legal team to manage cases from inception to closure. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and settlement agreements. Legal analysis of case law, statutes, regulations, fact patterns, and policy language. Review and analysis of documents including claims files, correspondence, pleadings, and documents produced in discovery. Prepare for, and attend or conduct, depositions, mediations, hearings, and meetings. Communicate with clients, counsel, and experts; trial preparation. Experience with all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery, motions practice, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation essential.
