Associate Attorney needed for Houston office

Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm. Will serve in the preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure-related pleadings. Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures. Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings. Regular client meetings/updates. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Provides exceptional client service. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Should be a member in good standing with of the State of Texas Bar.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree. Must have the ability to manage and prioritize large caseload. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must effectively communicate with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone). Must be analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking. Should have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
