Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior employee benefits and executive compensation associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience with some or all of the following: design and administration of - tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and equity-based compensation, health and welfare benefit plans; and experience with addressing issues related to employee benefits and executive compensation in business transactions (acquisitions and divestitures). The ideal candidate will support the team in serving clients on day-to-day compliance matters for employee benefit and executive compensation matters and assisting on business transactions as needed. An LL.M. degree in tax or employee benefits will be considered. Must also be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing ability, maturity and excellent communication skills.

This nationally renowned firms Charlotte office represents domestic and international clients in a variety of legal matters with a special focus on real estate law including joint ventures, development, leasing, financing, and the acquisition and sale of commercial and private properties.
