Litigation/Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

Peachtree Corners office of our client seeks a litigation/bankruptcy associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be drafting legal documents and pleadings. Arguing motions and handling discovery. Doing trial preparation, legal research, management of files. Working both independently and as part of a team. Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Georgia with licensure in additional states preferred. Be familiar with the rules of evidence and have experience in foreclosure law, bankruptcy, litigation, and a general understanding of all aspects of property law. Prior evictions, and/or collections experience and/or knowledge is a plus.

The candidate must have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Have the ability to professionally communicate with clients. Willingness to travel state-wide in Georgia as needed.
