Kansas City office of our client seeks real estate attorney with 3-5 years of transactional experience. The candidate will work collaboratively with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional matters, and will assume such responsibilities as: Helping to manage debt and equity transactions; Creating real estate joint ventures; Working on real estate development, asset-based lending and commercial leasing transactions; Performing due diligence. Assisting with closing financings, acquisitions, sales, leases and the development of real property. Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and be in good standing.

Possesses outstanding oral communication and written communication skills. Has strong interpersonal skills. Is comfortable managing multiple workloads and can prioritize work effectively. Values teamwork and working in a collaborative environment.
