New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent agent with 2-5 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution. The candidate will primarily focus on patent drafting and prosecution, and also have the opportunity to assist with other projects. Should preferably have medical device; genetics and/or biochemistry experience. A bachelors degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field is desired, and advanced degrees and/or industry experience in these areas are a plus. USPTO registration (in good standing) is required.
